Karico can assist with any core drilling needs, including solutions to any technical problems where core drilling is required
HOLE DIAMETER
LCore drill hole diameters ranging from 12mm to 900mm up to any depth.
With our equipment we can use electrical core drill machines to core drill from
12mm diameter to 450mm diameter into reinforced concrete.
When our client requires larger holes we can use our hydraulic core drill machine to core
from 500mm diameter to 900mm diameter holes. As well as core drilling to depths of
up to 12m using the hydraulic core drill machine.
HD Bolt Installation
Cores can be drilled and HD bolts supplied and epoxied/grouted into position, which we can then do a pull out test on to ensure the HD bolt can handle the designed load.
Our teams have gained vast experience over the years and have faced a number of technically challenging core drilling projects. With our fleet of core drilling equipment, we can assist with any core drilling project on the Mines, Industrial Plants, Bridges, Water Treatment Plants, Commercial Buildings as well as Residential requirements.

Floor Saw Cutting
With our walk behind floor saws
We cut floors, car parks, roadways, new and old concrete, driveways and asphalt up to 250mm deep. Where there is a need for smaller floor saw cutting requirements or where space or access is limited, we can assist with our hand held electric saws, which can cut up to 100mm deep
Wall Saw Cutting
Using Diamond Cutting Blades
Using up to 1,5m Diameter Diamond Cutting Blades and our Wall Saw system, we cut openings into Reinforced Concrete Walls and Suspended Slabs up to 500mm deep.
We are often faced with access and safety challenges, which may become extremely technical – here we can assist with the Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Rigging requirements, to ensure the cutting is done professionally, safely and to project specification.
Wire Cutting / Sawing
